I created Adapt Fitness to fill the gap between rehab and real-world movement. With a background in Muscle Health & Exercise Science, I work with clients referred by physical therapists, chiropractors, and surgeons – and those simply looking to move pain-free again.
We start with a Discovery Call, followed by a full assessment and a completely individualized plan. It’s grounded in science, yes – but also compassionate. Because recovery is personal.
