Led by Melissa Peraza, a certified Muscle Health & Exercise Specialist, your program begins with a Discovery Call and full assessment. We identify areas of mobility restriction, muscular imbalance, and pain patterning—then create a plan that fits your body, schedule, and recovery timeline.
We coordinate care if you’ve been referred by a medical provider for physical therapy for chronic pain and support you in continuing with injury recovery programs even after formal rehab ends.
Our approach often includes functional strength training, gentle restoration movement, and supportive recovery coaching to help you move forward with confidence.
